PATLIB MURES - The Regional Center for the Promotion and the Protection of Industrial Property Targu Mures – Romania came into being in 2001, as independent, created by the National Innovation Center and the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks – O.S.I.M., Bucharest , Romania.

The experience of the Innovation Center has been transmitted to PATLIB MURES and improved by training courses organized by O.S.I.M. Bucharest.
